We, and our adult children (4 couples), had an absolutely wonderful experience. The cabin is beautiful, the furniture is very comfy and the community is very friendly. Having your own pool in the basement was awesome. This was our first time visiting the Gatlinburg/ P Forge area, definitely a tourist destination with plenty to do for all ages.
We stayed around the local craft vendors. We did go to "The Island" with our granddaughter. Also, we drove over to Cherokee, N.C. on the Bypass. Absolutely beautiful views of the Smokey Mountains. Black bears walking the streets almost every day, that was amazing as well. We will be returning to the area again, eventually, one week is not long enough to experience everything the area has to offer.
The maintenance and housekeeping staff were very nice. Also the management personnel were very personable and professional. (they all deserve 6 stars!IMO) This was a truly wonderful experience for all of us, Thank you 365-GetAways,
